Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and multi-lingual BDC Service Department Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer service experience through effective communication, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound service calls with professionalism.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Assist in coordinating service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to relay customer information and service needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
