As a Sales BDC Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, making outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for test drives in our Honda vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of scheduling test drive appointments.
- Provide information about our Honda vehicles, promotions, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed set targets for appointment scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in car sales is highly preferred.
